Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days counting from the date the order is delivered (verified by the carrier's tracking system). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our U.S. Customer Service team at service@hainin.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific U.S. return address and detailed instructions.
    (Please note: Do not return items to the Chinese factory address; they will not be accepted.)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective / Wrong item / Damaged returns: We will cover the return shipping costs upon verification of the issue.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our U.S. return facility, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@hainin.shop with photos of the issue, and we will rectify it immediately.
